At Red Dirt Earthworks & Construction, we didn't start in an office. We started in the dirt.

Our founder and owner has spent 20 years in the construction industry, learning the business from every possible angle. It began with fixing "yellow iron"—heavy equipment—as a mechanic, understanding exactly how the machinery operates, breaks, and gets pushed to its limits. That hands-on mechanical knowledge evolved into the operating side, spending over a decade running dozers, excavators, and motor graders, physically shaping the earth and moving Texas dirt.

But moving dirt is only the first step of a successful build. Advancing into management as a superintendent and project manager, our owner took on massive responsibilities, ultimately developing and managing capital projects exceeding $400 million. At that scale, success requires intense discipline and the ability to coordinate complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) trades in perfect sync to deliver projects on schedule.

Today, RED DIRT Earthworks & Construction is the culmination of those two decades. We combine deep, hard-won field experience with modern AI and construction technology to optimize the entire process. We know how long a task should take because we've done it ourselves.
